A short film about the goals and tasks of the LIFE IP LatViaNature project has been created

The Nature Protection Agency has created a short film featuring the goals, tasks and expected results of the Integrated Project LIFE-IP LatViaNature.

The short film was prepared for screening as part of the virtual meeting “Nordic-Baltic LIFE Nature Platform Meeting 2021” organized by the European Commission and LIFE.

The film introduces Latvian nature, nature biodiversity, the main threats and challenges in nature protection. It offers a focused insight into the areas of the LatViaNature project and the main activities that are aimed to ensuring the long-term conservation of protected species and habitats.

The short film is less than five minutes long and is in English.
