This two-day event will bring together experts from the public and private sectors to explore innovative strategies for achieving the objectives of the new Nature Restoration Law and to share experiences from the numerous nature conservation and restoration initiatives.
Nature conservation practitioners, policy makers, European Commission representatives, NGOs, LIFE projects, and private sector stakeholders.
The conference will serve as a forum to exchange best practices, foster collaboration, and develop a strategic vision for nature restoration across Europe.

Conference format: in-person
Conference participation fee: Free, covered by the LIFE-IP LatViaNature project. However, participants are invited to submit a summary of their experiences and approaches to ensure enhanced exchange of best practices. Please note that accommodation and travel costs are not covered.

We encourage all oral presenters (from both Plenary and Thematic Sessions), poster authors and participants to submit a short description of your experience or approach to nature conservation. Experiences and approaches will be compiled in the online edition “Together for Nature: Highlights from around Europe”.
The summary on experience and approach and a nature-related photo can be submitted during registration by filling out the form OR via e-mail to latvaianature@daba.gov.lv by May 30, 2025.
